Common questions before you start
Is the branded catalog included with membership?
Yes. The Jeweler Plan ($20/month) includes branded (white-label) catalog access. You can configure logo and company name in your account.
What happens to my catalog URL if I cancel?
When a paid subscription ends, the public branded catalog URL is no longer active. Your white-label settings may remain saved in your account if you resubscribe later.
Can clients buy finished jewelry directly from my catalog?
No. The branded catalog is for presenting designs to clients during your sales process. Clients do not check out for finished jewelry or download files on your catalog pages—you manage production after the sale.
Do I need CAD skills?
No. Most jewelers use the catalog for sales and download production-ready files. Customizations are limited to supported sizing fields—not full CAD redesign.
